100 % do not use this company. Charged $170 for a plug…. Called Michelle to have a calm conversation…. All she did was raise her voice and not hear anything I said. I was quoted 170 for a flat tire change on the road side … she decided to plug it. No where in Fayetteville does a plug cost $170. Also pulling up with hand tools and not power tools is insane. They arrived in a beat up truck with a man driving and a woman . The woman gets out to change my tire and the man never helped her she said it was her ride. She put her body weight on top of the hand tools just to get the lug nuts off… and then tells me they were stripped (after 30 minutes of struggling with the lug nuts)…they were stripped from the way she struggled and banged her tools on just to get the tire off. Took over a hour. I had fresh lug nuts out on my car the year prior. I still had to get another road side assistance to redo what she struggled to do and even they said all your other lug nuts look fine… “they’re stripped from where she banged her tools over it to get a tight fit for it to turn”….I still paid her bc she did do work… but $170 for a plug … and damage and poor customer service is nasty work. My car lost all power traveling north on I95. I was able to roll off the exit in Fayetteville and cruise in to a gas station. Input my information for my insurance to send a tow truck but since we are not from the area, towing it to a mechanic shop didn’t seem like the best idea. I googled for a roadside mechanic and this link popped up. It was literally 1 in the morning, I called the number and the guy picked up. His name was Julius and he was very professional and sounded wide awake. He literally made it to us in 15 minutes when it took 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive through insurance. He diagnosed that my alternator had gone out. I had the car towed to a near by hotel. He called me at 730 that morning and said that he could get to a part store and be right out to fix it. I thought to myself, this man must not sleep since I only just saw him a couple hours ago. He came to the hotel in 90+ degree weather and replaced my alternator in the hotel parking lot and was nothing but professional the entire time. Thank you so much Julius… You truly saved us time and money. When they say 24 hour service, they mean it…

I had a flat tire and contacted Fayetteville Roadside Assistance for help. The response time was quick, and the technician arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the entire process. She safely changed my tire, answered my questions, and made sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible. The service was reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced. Being stranded with a flat tire can be stressful, but their excellent customer service made the experience much easier. I highly recommend Fayetteville Roadside Assistance to anyone who needs fast and dependable roadside help.

So there I was in need of some help and I had no other recourse! A friend recommended Fayetteville Roadside Assistance so I went with it! I’m so happy that I did, not only did I meet two incredibly wonderful people, but I got great service! Chelle was so kind and even offered me a bottle of water! Thank you so much for saving the day and I highly recommend my two new friends!

Do not go to these guys I repeat do not go to these guys. I had two flat tires and they came to my house at 6 AM. Removed the tires and went back to the shop and they didn’t returned until the following morning at 10 AM which they scratched in my rims and also put the wrong size Tires on my rims. They tried to blame it on me, saying I scratched my own rooms. Had to go to a different shop. Do not go to these guys.
